Clowns International
Clowns International is the oldest established clowns' organisation in the world.
It is Non-Political, Non-Sectarian and Non-Sexist.
Clowns can join as Full Members, under 16's are encouraged to join as Junior Clowns and the general public can also join as Friends Of Clowns. Clowns International holds regular conventions/Festivals where clowns, old and new can learn more about the art of Clowning with ongoing lectures and workshops. As a new member you will receive 4 copies a year of our official magazine "The Joey" (produced by our editor Jenny "Flossie" Brattle) which is full of information, educational articles, news about Clowns International Festivals, photographs, tips, letters from fellow clowns plus a whole lot more.

Clowns International own and run The Clowns Gallery Limited, our very own Gallery, Museum and Archive which also contains the world-famous collection of painted pot-eggs. As a member, clowns are entitled to register their own clown slap (make-up) on an egg (painted by C.I.'s own artist, Kate Stone) which will be added to the collection at our Gallery in London. In addition, members are entitled to order additional "Eggs" for their own collection at home!

Clowns International has set up Credit Card facilities for our Members and prospective Members. Membership fees are as follows.
Full Clown and Provisional Clowns - Thirty Pounds Sterling (30-00)
Overseas Clowns - Thirty Pounds Sterling (30-00)
U.K. Senior Clowns (over 65) - Fifteen Pounds Sterling (15-00)
Junior Clowns (under 16) - Eight Pounds Sterling (8-00)
Friends Of Clowns - Fifteen Pounds Sterling (15-00)
Please note that all membership fees are in pounds sterling, but you may pay by credit card.
